Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon
Grown for the untamed spirit.
Ravel & Stitch honors the same bold spirit as the early pioneers of the Central Coast who overcame multiple obstacles to establish a new wine community in the West.
Ravel, meaning bringing things together, is the knotting of people from different cultures who came together to build a new wine community. United by their common dream to create a rich life, these settlers were connected by their love and passion for making exceptional wines that express their terrain.
Stitch, is the blending of these regions, grapes, and winemaking techniques to create an exceptional wine with a unique flavor and intensity.
“My intention when crafting Ravel & Stitch was to make a delightful wine that would pair exceptionally well with food. The Central Coast is beautiful and diverse, with a wide variety of microclimates, allowing us to select the best fruit from each vineyard. In creating our wines, we apply our rich experience of grape growing with our innovative winemaking techniques to stitch together the unique qualities of each site to craft a lusciously complex wine.”

I’m excited to share this Cabernet Sauvignon with you because it reflects the same bold spirit shared by those who pioneered the Central Coast growing region. This wine is luscious and layered, with rich notes of wildberry and pomegranate, followed by a spicy hint of clove.
