Our Ravel & Stitch Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from premier vineyards in California’s Central Coast appellation.

Our head of winemaking, Elizabeth Kester, has been making Central Coast appellated wines for over 15 years. She is an expert at creating the most delicious wines that honor the sense of place.
BRINGING TOGETHER THE BEST OF THE CENTRAL COAST
Aged for 12 months in a combination of new and old French and American oak and stainless-steel tanks to produce a rich, layered Cabernet Sauvignon.
WINEMAKING NOTeS
Grilled rib-eye steaks, thin-shaved prime rib with au jus, and Shepherd’s Pies will find themselves equally matched by this robust offering.

The Central Coast’s climate, influenced by coastal fog and moderate temperatures, supports a unique mix of habitats that sustain a high level of biodiversity. The area is home to endemic species like the California aster and Morro shoulderband snail. The Central Coast also boasts rich marine life due to the nutrient-rich waters of the Monterey Bay. Combined, these elements celebrate the beauty of togetherness.

The area is home to endemic species like the Morro manzanita and Santa Cruz cypress, which are found nowhere else in the world.
