My intention when crafting Ravel & Stitch was to make a delightful wine that would pair exceptionally well with food. The Central Coast is beautiful and diverse, with a wide variety of microclimates, allowing us to select the best fruit from each vineyard. In creating our wines, we apply our rich experience of grape growing with our innovative winemaking techniques to stitch together the unique qualities of each site to craft a lusciously complex wine.
Elizabeth Kester has over ten years of winemaking experience in the Central Coast appellation. She graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science in Wine and Viticulture. Elizabeth's favorite pairing is our Ravel & Stitch Cabernet Sauvignon with a classic PB&J.
